I put down a 'refundable deposit' for a car on 17th March. Didn't buy it. Obviously I expected refund to be processed soon after given their terms and conditions say they will. Realised in mid April I hadn't been refunded. Emailed and requested a refund. No one ever replied. At the END OF MAY (Thursday last week) I had still not been refunded. I called and spoke to someone who said they were actioning it. It is now Tuesday and no money has appeared back in my account. Completely breaks the trust of consumers who think they shouldn't need to chase a company to refund what has been labelled as a 'refundable deposit'. I've just called again to follow up and was on hold for 5 minutes before the line when to answer machine. I'll personally be avoiding Hilton - it is a company that has proven to me it does not place any value on good customer service or holds to its promises.
I had a great experience throughout my time with Hilton Garage. Staff are nice and friendly and not pushy which would have been an instant turn off. Jason looked after us through the deal and was very helpful with the Vehicle details and provided us with clear guidance and products on offer. Symeon took me through the exchange and signing on the dotted line and walking me around my new car, he had even gone to the trouble of winding the windows down on a hot day which was a nice touch.
Terrible I don’t know how these people have any positive reviews . Apart from selling the cars super fast nothing else . Because whithin 3 weeks of purchasing engine light came on it’s taken them over two weeks to sort this out … they never answer or put u on hold and then you can’t get through to no one . Terrible frauds if you ask me selling damaged cars .
Her name was Lydia and that young lady made my experience a wonderful one, On the day I picked my car up I found it to have a problem something to do with the engine so to cut a long story short Lydia had it working fine within a few hours and paid for my lunch , very professional well done to her and the team for sorting it out would definitely buy a car again from them.
