From our first call back from Jason, everything was smooth sailing. Jason phoned me back at the exact time that we had agreed and the sale was completed within two days. This was done completely remotely as we were 110 miles away. Jason checked in on us a couple of days later to confirm that the delivery company had been in contact and then promptly chased them which resulted in us receiving the car within a three hour window following this. I would highly rate Hilton Garage and would always try and put them onto Jason for his services.
It's a busy place Hilton Garage. Reception pointed us at the cars we were looking for and we were able to do a test drive after checking in with Max on the Sales team, No dramas, all sorted quickly, and out on the road for a test drive (apart from the limitations of range for the EV). It was an hassle free test drive resulting in a hassle free purchase. Best price for specification I could find within 50 miles.
Initial visit and purchase was smooth and pretty hassle free but work promised to be done hadn’t been (dents removed) and car wasn’t very clean when we came back to take it away. When viewing there were salt packets in the glove box and tissues on the floor. Salt packets were still there and flys, bugs and dirty splashes all over the car. Salesman took it away and rewashed it but wasn’t very happy as not hard to see it wasn’t clean.
