Put a reserve down on a VW tiguan on the Friday and told the vehicle has not yet arrived as they had just purchased it, but it would be picked up the following Tuesday. I then heard nothing from the garage in response to Messages sent, i then called again on the Friday, to check everything was in place before travelling 2 hours for the test drive the following day. i was then told the vehicle had not been delivered to their garage still, and they never have any way of knowing when the vehicle will arrive. This highlighted that whoever communicated with me the previous week had lied about the car dbeing delivered on the Tuesday. i requested my deposit back and bought elsewhere. Purchasing a car is all about trust and honesty. They lack these 2 key components.
Bought a car on the Monday by the Tuesday car had a fault phoned them they picked the car up. Decided I wanted to reject the car so phoned them to let them know returned the keys and paperwork also phoned the finance company as well who said they emailed them. It's been a month now and still nothing I keep calling and its always the same thing either the service team is closed or manager is not in or no answer at all. I need my deposit back
