I was dealing with the team member Jason, I found his work to be of excellent quality providing all the essential information needed while not being too pushy. I only went to view the car originally and his understanding and attitude is what sold it to me. Everyone there was more than pleasant and polite and would definitely recommend
We purchased a vehicle from Hilton over 3 months ago for my partner, who recently passed her test, to safely take our toddler to nursery. Unfortunately, it has been the most frustrating car buying experience I’ve had. Hilton Garage advertise “same day drive away” and state on their website: “With over 50 years of experience, we are a trusted Derby car dealer committed to providing a hassle-free and enjoyable car-buying experience.” Sadly, our experience was the complete opposite. At the point of sale, the TPMS warning light was present, along with tyre cracking and mould in the boot and seat belts. We agreed with the salesman that these issues would be rectified before delivery. The car was then delivered later than originally promised after repeated missed callbacks, cancelled appointments, conflicting information and extremely poor communication throughout. The vehicle arrived with the same TPMS fault still present. Over the following 12 weeks we repeatedly attempted to resolve this through Hilton Garage, but were continually given changing conditions regarding garages, invoices and costs. We eventually had no choice but to pay for the repairs ourselves. An independent inspection found: - Two failed TPMS units - A dangerously damaged tyre with multiple unsafe historical puncture repairs and exposed cords - Wheel alignment issues Hilton Garage have since agreed to reimburse the costs, but even after confirming this and receiving invoices and bank details, payment still has not been made weeks later. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise anyone purchasing from Hilton Garage to ensure every agreed repair is completed and evidenced before taking delivery, and to be prepared for significant delays and chasing if problems arise afterwards.

His commitment to going the extra mile truly impressed me, and I highly recommend the team to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I have contacted Hilton garage on numerous occasions and no one gets back to you, still waiting for missing trim parts, faulty petrol cap that needs replacing , the car has not been serviced !!!! as I was told it was prior to collecting the car, my car has been independently inspection and my car has not been serviced !!! Cowboys
Be very wary when visiting this garage. I paid a deposit for a vehicle that was showing on their system as “coming soon”. I was assured that I would be contacted as soon as it came into stock. There were a further two telephone conversations the same day regarding the vehicle but then I received a call at 9pm that evening telling me that I could no longer have the car as they had sold it to someone else!!!
