They offer a messaging option on their website but when you send them an admittedly slightly unusual service request about a software update they simply don't reply despite sending a reminder as well.... It's not very good service to not at least reply that they weren't interested or aren't capable.
Embarrassing and disappointing. Took my car for annual service Leeds hyundai, Then I found out they didn't put back the oil stick now the oil spits everywhere. Nothing works right there. Except the sale team you wont get anywhere with the service team. I called them few days ago. And still waiting for the manager's call. I called back and they said he's busy with many different meetings. Which means they don't wanna deal with the mess they created. A local mechanic and business care more about customers than these people. They're damaging hyundai reputation on purpose.
