The chaps at Chepstow Trade Centre were extremely friendly and helpful with choosing my daughter's first car. There was no pressure to make a decision, but my daughter did like one car, which they advised us to test it first, which we did and she was happy with it. We decided to have it and agreed on the cost and we were given a 12 month warranty and an extra key as part of the deal. When we picked up the car it was serviced (with new brakes and tyres as they were quite worn), Fresh MoT, Valeted and even a bunch of flowers on the passenger seat. So after 3 days of ownership she is very happy with her car. A big thank you to Chepstow Trade Centre (Mark & Tim) for their kindness and help choosing the right car and for putting a big smile on my daughter's face \U0001f600
Tim was very communicative, pleasant to deal with and honest about the car we enquired about. The reservation process was straightforward and the viewing on the vehicle simply reaffirmed the accurate description he had given. The subsequent delivery of the car directly to us was organised as promised. Overall, a great company to buy a car through.

Excellent customer service with a fast and easy process right through to collecting the car. I purchased my audi from chepstow trade centre near the start of the week and collected yesterday.. really happy with the car and how it was presented to myself. Can't recommend them enough!!!
