Appointment at 2.00, staff member showed up at 2.30. None of the things on the list to prep the car (eg proper cleaning) had been done. Took four hours to complete straight forward purchase and part-exchange. I had cancelled meetings to get to this appointment and allowed two hours for process, but no apology for staff member's lateness or failure to complete previously agreed steps.
From reservation to collection the team were extreme helpful. They provided all information and even given me more than I needed. Credit to Harvey and Sam in the a Halesowen branch. Sam finalised the transaction and accompanied the test drive. He was very helpful answering all my question. A great dealer to buy from as they don’t hide anything. Exactly what’s advertised.
🚨🚨🚨‼️‼️ Avoid buying a second hand car off carsa Poor customer service push salesmen to buy their warranty Picked up the car didn’t notice chip in windscreen or dodgy tyre on drivers contacted carsa next day and informed them had to change tyre at cost of £135 Sent them a photo and copy of receipt as I had a lot of places to go and needed the car they refused to repair chip in windscreen as it was a second hand car and if they dispute this will add email to review I got off them and they also said they was not covering the cost of tyre even tho the tyre was on the limit and having questioned how this passed an mot having shown the picture to an mot tester they said it would not pass an mot They said the picture did not show the car and depth of tyre which clearly did and also showed reg of car on receipt and still never refunded the cost I am prepared to post emails from carsa which I will do shortly If you want poor customer service and refusal to put right with the car when you buy it and pushy salesmen to get targets then go to carsa I won’t be again I’m currently looking at options regarding the car
Great customer service from on phone care of sorting finance to in person service when collecting the vehicle. At each point each member took time to explain and run through any queries. Shout out to Hannah over the phone and the lovely agent (sorry I forgot your name and even asked before we left!) that even with an extremely busy day took time to make sure we had all we needed for our purchase.
I purchased a car with Russell and i couldn’t give a more flawless experience. The whole process was smooth and extremely helpful. Nothing was felt forced and if anything gave me the best value for money for what i wanted. If you want to go to a dealership and get a smooth, easy and professional experience whilst purchasing a vehicle, then i highly recommend seeing Russell.
