tried to contact them to speak about the Taycan for sale at nearly 55k but auto bot said sorry no one to answer your call , so no problem i have let my feet do the talking and have now arranged a test drive of another Taycan but from a PORSCHE dealer which is where i should have looked in the 1st place and since checking afterwards these clowns have awful reviews especially about keeping deposits. DONT BOTHER WITH CAR SUPERMARKETS.
Currently only experience the booking and telephone reservation for the car we like but Erin was amazing answered all my questions and when she wasn’t 100% asked and looked into it so I have all the information ready for my test drive. She was very personable and honestly a pleasure to speak with on the phone. Thanks Erin.
From first viewing online, arranged car to be brought to local branch so I could take a more informed look and test drive. Everyone I spoke with at Carsa Towcester were friendly, informed, professional and accommodating to all my needs. All of the sales team who I dealt with from Ariz, Anton, Harvey and my handover with Cleo, they all treated me with respect and were always happy to help with every step of the process, the sales manager Kevin was also very helpful and authorised a small niggle I had to be quickly rectified. Special mention for Jack the yard man, unsung hero !
A great selection of cars at good prices. I was especially after an ev (bmw iX3) and Carsa has many to choose from. The ai based service using WhatsApp was especially useful to check where the car was (as I requested it to be delivered to another store) and arranging a test drive plus asking other questions about the vehicle. Great service from Jacob Trent at the Mountsorrel store who made the buying process a pleasure and stress free.
Did the application online. Provided all information for the finance search and took a phone call which advised me of the monthly cost being £244 which I agreed and was told it was all sorted, however I received an email with 4 different prices asking what my thoughts are so which seemed strange. We arranged 1pm on 26/4/26 to collect the car which would be ready on the day. However, when arriving at carsa showroom in bolton I told the car saleman the car I was collecting, he didn't seem to have a clue about it. The salesman then began to ask how much I expected to pay per month even if I was paying out right, said it was there policy, what deposit, which I said 500, he then began trying to encourage me to pay £1000 is better because of cost per month etc he disappeared for approx 30 mins. I told him that this was all agreed on the phone, due to the many questions I asked did he not have our details, he was quite rude until I asked my husband to step in and then said he didn't have the details but his manager did. He disappeared again for approx 30 mins. Then again arrived back with the keys, allowed me to test drive and when I got back disappeared again. He came back wanting me to purchase different things guards, and a 4 year warranty which only covered up to £100 if I needed to take it to a garage for faults following my purchase, then he disappeared again. I said no to this as initially he said I would have to go back to bolton and live 23 miles away, I would not be travelling if my car was faulty. He kept coming back querying the monthly amount and then he disappeared again and said he had agreed the £244 with the finance company but with warranty on for 3 years not 4 which was £1000+, so I asked what is it without warranty, he said £3 less, but we can go to any approved garage in the UK. I was advised that my PCP was agreed before arriving at the store. Then on waiting 2 hours and was about to leave my husband to finish the deal and meet him at home, we was made aware that the PCP agreement was not actually officially agreed, and I would not be able to take the car away today, despite being told this on the phone and travelling 23 miles, I was then advised the finance will take 5 hours to go through. Then manager came and said there was a £1000 deficit and that I would need to transfer £1000 to secure the car for the finance company to accept and for the finance to be approved. As they don't take any form of card payment, only bank transfer to an account number on the desk. Plus the car was damaged which I was not aware of, no mention in the description, not in the images. It had deep scratch to the bonnet and scratches around the car. I left this car dealer and went to a ford dealer where my finance for a car higher the price was agreed more a less right away without deposit. Be aware these are dodgy dealers. Go to a reputable company. I found these on carwow and thought carwow provided proper dealers - Carsa is not reputable in anyway.
