Initial phone call was answered by Indi and all was good and friendly and did exactly what I expected Booked an appointment and all was well Travelled 100 miles to the dealership to find the car would not start because of flat battery Asked the sales guy to get a jump start from his technician on site Stood around for 10 minutes only to find when I walked back in from the cold he was dealing with another customer on the phone Total waste of my time and money !!
I was very excited to receive my first car but the sales team’s management was poor. They provided the vehicle but then informed me that the finance had not been approved. I waited 90 minutes in the Mountsorrel office without being informed of the situation and was unable to collect the car. I had paid £39 to reserve the vehicle which was subsequently refunded without explanation. I then paid this amount as a deposit but was still asked to pay it again. This is an unacceptable situation as I paid £39 to reserve the car which I subsequently paid as a deposit. No one cared enough to call me as i liked the car .
