I had never even heard of Carsa before purchasing my latest car through their network of dealerships. Having read a very negative review left by a disgruntled customer I was sceptical. I needn’t have worried though as Carsa facilitated everything for me including transferring the car I viewed through Autotrader closer to my home at their Towcester branch where I was met by a totally professional and friendly service and was able to thoroughly put the car through its paces. It had just received a full service was exactly as described and a competitive part exchange price was agreed and a price was agreed. Ariz Shah was a pleasure to deal with; totally knowledgeable and very professional. There was no pressure at any time; give Carsa a try; you won’t be disappointed. Mr Coleman (Brackley)
You went beyond beyond the sort of problem mate with the vehicle. Thank you for your patience. I’ll give you 10 stars at that very good company to deal with much appreciated the time it took Hip hooray thank you for your very good patience. I just put no 20 stars towards it.
We test drove a car and walked away without buying it. Jordan the sales adviser was not pushy at all. After thinking about it and contacting Carsa they agreed to service the car and put a full MOT on it. We weee very impressed with Jordan and Greg and the service we received from Carsa and a bonus they are going to make our private plates up for us 😊 Would recommend if you are looking to purchase your next car
I purchased the vehicle on 10 April 2026. The vehicle suffered a serious fault on 30 April 2026, and it was recovered back to you on 1 May 2026. Despite this, the vehicle remained on your forecourt until 22 May 2026, when it was finally taken to Volvo for diagnostics and repair. I have now been without my vehicle for a total of 8 weeks. Throughout this period, I repeatedly asked you for updates or a timeline for when my vehicle would be repaired. You informed me that diagnostics and repairs would be lengthy, but you did not provide any timeframe at all. On 28 May 2026, I emailed you to cancel the agreement under my rights within the Consumer Rights Act 2015, as the vehicle was not of satisfactory quality and had been unavailable for an unreasonable length of time. On 29 May 2026, you rejected my request, claiming I had agreed to repairs — despite the fact that I had clearly exercised my right to reject. You have also refused to release my vehicle unless I pay a disputed courtesy‑car recovery fee. I have challenged this fee multiple times, yet you have stated that you will continue to withhold my vehicle until it is paid. This is not lawful or reasonable I have emailed twice trying to cancel my agreement but haven’t had a single reply, they have had the car u purchased now for over 2 months and never gave me an update on the situation. They are absolutely useless so I advise anyone and everyone STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU !!!!!!!! Carsa Bolton👎
