Bit of a mixed experience with Carsa. It was easy to set up a test drive, but unfortunately the car wasn’t ready on the day I requested. I was contacted about this beforehand, but subsequently trying to call and speak to a real person at the branch I was visiting to find out when I could come in proved utterly impossible due to their centralised telephone system. Emails aren’t answered promptly either. I finally decided to turn up in person, and managed to see the car I wanted. The salesperson I saw, Guy Keohane, was great. Very friendly and helpful, not too pushy, but clearly having to go through a long list of company guidelines on services offered. Very happy with the car purchased, but the communication issue needs to be sorted !
