Went online, selected a car, paid £39 to have it relocated, and booked a test drive at the Towcester branch. Rep there was friendly, patient and did his best to sell me a car (they had on site) once I realised the car I booked wasn't suitable for me after all! All the cars were clean and in good condition/as pictured on the website.
Good- the sales woman Ruby also before purchasing the car there was plenty of information Bad - all the after care I was lied to regarding selling my car to them even though advertised online apparently they dont buy cars. Along with the car I purchased being damaged when I came to collect it(already purchased and wasnt damaged) and told they couldn't offer any help as already purchased even though I never had the keys and was in there care when the damage happen
