I’m really disappointed with my experience after purchasing a car from Carsa. Initially, the customer service was great, and I had no issues during the sale. However, once I drove the car away, I’ve had two warning lights appear on the dashboard. After trying to fix one issue, it still persists. I sent a complaint email, and despite being told I’d get a response within two working days, I’ve still heard nothing. I’m now left feeling anxious that I’ve been sold a faulty vehicle. I expected far better communication and follow-up after the amount of money I have paid. I feel like now they’ve got their sale, they don’t care about anything else.
Unfortunately not able to get my new car. I booked a test drive and accidentally missed the appointment. The company did not send an email confirmation or remind me of the upcoming appointment. I was made aware of it in their automated experience survey?? Despite having not met with me. When I reached out to customer service they did not offer to rearrange my booking or arrange a partial refund of the deposit. I found customer service to be rude, with rushed emails, spelling errors, including my name, and telling me to contact the sales team instead. Very disappointing experience. If this was the initial experience with them I'm glad I avoided further costs and difficulties dealing with this company and their services.
Pressured into low part exchange price, knocked down from online guide even though my car was in very good condition. Pressured into extended warranty and other extras. After around 10 minutes of driving the new car , I noticed chips and cracks on the windscreen. I was told they were not bad enough to fix and maybe I did it in the 10 minutes that I had the car! Once they have your money they don't care, never Carsa again.
Outstanding service from Jay! He was incredibly diligent, ensuring all my documentation was processed promptly and even staying late to make sure I could take delivery of the car. While there was a hiccup with the initial delivery schedule, the team at Towcester completely turned the experience around. Their helpfulness and efficiency quickly made up for the delay. Overall, a very smooth process thanks to a great team.
