Shout out to the friendly staff at front of house who welcome you politely and offer you coffee, and to the collection team who showed me round the car.
The Arnold Clark staff handling the purchase of my car were friendly and helpful. I felt like a valued customer and was able to chat with them and ask questions without feeling awkward. The personal video walk round of the car by Kieran in Aberdeen was brilliant and Jenna at Carlisle click and collect was so helpful and organised.
