Stephen our sales consultant was amazing from start to finish, he listened to what we wanted instead of telling us what we wanted. His knowledge and expertise of mini was second to none. He also had the patients of a saint in helping setting up our apps, keyless entry and showing us the controls. He made our purchase seamless and effortless from our side
Arnold Clark and our sales consultant Alina got everything right from start to finish. The customer service was excellent, communication was clear, and the whole process was handled efficiently and professionally. When an issue arose, it was resolved quickly and fairly, which really showed their commitment to doing right by the customer. Overall, a great experience that I’d happily recommend.
