Family owned from newFully documented service historyThe BMW 3 Series has been manufactured since May 1975 and has been produced in five different generations, in no less than five different body styles. It is BMW's bestselling model accounting for around 30% of the BMW brand's annual total sales (excluding motorbikes). The fourdoor 3 Series (E36) was produced from early 1990, initially for sale in Europe only and was introduced to other worldwide markets later. The coupe was produced from 1991 with the convertible version following in 1993. Both fourcylinder and sixcylinder petrol engines were used. Superseding the 325i version in 1995, the 328i Convertible version was manufactured until 1999.This super BMW 328i Convertible was supplied new by BMW Hughenden Motors, High Wycombe in 1998 with a long list of options including automatic gearbox, air conditioning, on board computer, electric windows, centre arm rest, rear parking sensors and enhanced antithief security.First registered on 23rd of September 1998, this 328i was registered to our vendors mother from new. Presented in Fern Green metallic (Farngrun metallic) with rare cloth trim which was selected due to a leather allergy. A car that was owned and cherished from day one, this example has covered a mere 25,982 miles from new and is backed up by a comprehensive documented service history and stamped service booklet from either BMW main dealers or a BMW specialist. The car is in excellent original condition, as one would hope from a low mileage collector example, it has recently been serviced and is provided with a new MoT test certificate valid until September 2026. Having been passed to the original owners son in 2008, this car has been in the family from new and thus has just one former keeper on the V5C registration document.
