I purchased a car from DWM enterprises With 12 months M.O.T , But the car has several faults that would cause the car to fail a M.O.T ?????? Ive tried talking to the garage after many attempts calling about the issues with the car , I was Spoken to rudely and aggressively by several members of staff . I've taken Impartial advice from a mechanic of high quality about faults the car has and was told to contact the DVSA as it shouldn't of passed a M.O.T. Stay well clear of DWM ENTERPRISES

My 70-year-old mother purchased a car from this garage on 21st March, which came with a three-month warranty. A few weeks before the warranty expired, she returned to the garage due to a rattling noise coming from the engine bay. The mechanic claimed to have inspected the vehicle and assured her that nothing was wrong. Although still unsure, she trusted their assessment and left. Just two days after the warranty expired, the car began to experience serious issues—chugging and struggling to gain speed. We took it to a different garage, where we were told two of the fuel injectors were failing. Despite my mother reporting the issue before the warranty ended, the original garage has refused to help. They are now denying the date of purchase and falsely claiming that the complaint was about a noise in the dashboard, not the engine. We even offered to cover the cost of parts if they would carry out the repairs, but they still refused. This experience has been extremely disappointing. The lack of accountability and customer care has been shocking. I would strongly advise others to avoid this garage if you value honesty and professionalism.

Bought a 1.2 Corsa from my son a few months back now had a pleasant experience, they helped me chose best suited vehicle for a first timer and had a good selection of warranties available. We did have an issue with the starter motor about a week later but the sales man who sold us the car was quick to get it back in and have the problem sorted free of charge within a day. Would 100% recommend for a good service with some good after care. Thanks

Sold me a with a lock bolt nut missing, I drive two young children around. Tried to say I removed the nut! Shouldn’t have even passed the MOT! I have pervious photos of the car when bought and again there was no bolt. Note to ur message: it wasn’t noticed today I messaged 3 days ago, and no one responded to me just said someone would phone me 72 hours later no phone call!! I wouldn’t notice a bolt missing until the man that went to change my tire told me. There has been no work done to this car, you guys had it sold me it like that! I was buying a new car from u but not after that.

I recently bought a secondhand car, a Fiat panda 1.2 Dynamic eco from DWM enterprises on the 6th March drove it home to Newport, in south wales, and all seemed fine, until I drove it the very second day in the evening to do a short trip. I'd say it was about a ten minute journey. As I parked up, I could hear a scrapping noise from the nearside rear. I got out, to check what was it, to my shock and disbelief. The rear coil had broken away, with such force, that it has broken away a piece/part of the Axle. That part is hanging on a thread equivalent. Which was being scrapped along the floor surface. I had contacted Dwm enterprises explained to them what has happened, and I was told to take a photo of it and email it to them, which I did. I even sent them two emails as well as making calls to them today. They are not responding, and all the while, I am left with a dangerous and defective car, which obviously, I cannot drive. The car was given a full 12 month's m.o. t on the 5th of March, a day before I bought it. I do not believe the vehicle should have passed the m.o.t, as something like this should have been failed, as it could have broken down on me whilst I was driving it home. Basically DWM Enterprises have sold me a defective car, no doubt the mechanic at the m.o.t station knew it was is on its last legs, but still passed it. I am out of pocket to get these major repair works done, which are totalling five hundred pounds to fix, that's what I have been quoted by a local trusted mechanic, whom I've always used. After all certain sales people in any industry are out to get your money regardless off how they do it. I have lost money when i had insured this lemon, as i had no reason to think anything would go wrong. Do not buy from DWM Enterprises. You have been warned.
