After a string of bad luck, my Ferrari decided to top it all off by refusing to put its roof back up—on the morning a storm was due, of course. I took it to Ferrari Sevenoaks, only to be told the next available appointment was in two weeks. Not ideal. Thankfully, Courtney stepped in. While I was still getting comfortable with a biscuit and hot chocolate, she had already fixed the issue and returned the car—before I’d even finished my first sip. Outstanding service, quick turnaround, and a genuinely helpful attitude. More people like Courtney, please.
