Bought a ford focus active ecoblue car, 2 weeks ago and had a slight issue with rear tyres and vibration, but it has been resolved within 2 weeks. Car salesmen were polite, friendly and helpful and not at all pushy, especially Jak. I would defineatly go back and buy another car from them as this one does 80+ mpg on a medium run. Cars are mainly ex lease by the looks of it. Battered wheels and dirty on the forecourt. Been twice now to look at 2 particular cars and both times there was no one to be seen to speak to. Will not bother again

We have recently purchased a car online and can not fault the service we have received at all. The team were amazing from start to finish and made us feel at ease every step of the way. I was sent a video which highlighted any defects and assured all would be sorted before delivery, as well as a full service and MOT. The car arrived in pristine condition and delivery was arranged around my work schedule which was much appreciated. After a few days I realised the cars main key was broken, I got in touch with the team and they did their upmost to sort it for me. They called local key specialists to try and get someone out to me asap. We ended up having to take it to our main dealership for a new key which Ant made sure was covered under the warranty for me so I did not have to pay out. Thank you all so much for your help. 5 star service and we highly recommend x

If you want a new car this is the place to go. It was well worth the 1 hour and 48 min drive to collect my lovely car. Jordan was very helpful . Sent me a video of the car before hand. I would highly recommend this place and would give more than 5 stars if I could.
