Carbase Weston Super Mare staff were good because friendly approach. The only thing I would change was the timescale of the deal seemed rushed due the being late on a Sunday would have preferred to return on the Monday to finalise and have chance to think the process through.
My experience at Carbase Weston Super Mare could have been better because whilst Nathan has been brilliant, the oil change light came on when driving car home. The oil wasn’t changed or checked in the Carbase sales process as it should have been and the oil had degraded. Despite this, it’s not covered by RAC warranty and I’ve had to pay £93 to fix
I would not recommend Carbase Weston Super Mare because the overall service and communication with sales was absolutely a nightmare . The old scenario we call you. Did they no. It was us who had to do the all chasing The aircon when we put on on the testdrive did not work . We thought all this had been checked on the RAC point check you do. Just to let you know it is working intermittently now. This regassed just before we pucked it up. A quock question sales said that they have ordered a new air con condensor, has this arrived yet ? This is the fifth car we have bought from Carbase and to be honest the level of sevice has gone downhill. Dave Prior.
