I've always received first class friendly service from all the staff at Renault Summercourt and my car was repaired in record time. My dissatisfaction is not with them at all, but with the vehicle itself and the necessity of replacing a very expensive replacement electrical component which obviously wasn't fit for purpose, as for no apparent reason it suddenly needed replacing on a perfectly maintained car with just 40,650 miles on the clock.
