I spoke to Finn who was very knowledgeable about the Renault range and explained the process of part exchanging my car for a new car. Finn took me out for a test drive and explained all the fittings in the new car. Finn stayed over his working day to ensure a smooth handover and checked on me a couple of days later. Top service and great customer service 5 ⭐️ would definitely recommend 🙂

Was asked what I required and after given choices, came to the conclusion that the Renault Austral. Was the one that would that would be the car, that would have deal with the needs I require from a car.

Changed to one star. All beatiful to buy the car. After a year, came back for first service. I've got ofended and kicked from the store. Horrible customer service. Garage manager - Martin - very unprofessional, rude, does not care about customer, does not have any knowledge about cars. Sad to see a brand spend millions to build to bring customers in, for a single bad employee destroy everything in couple of minutes. Just lost a very loyal customer. Stay away from this business.
