Ford Fiesta 2019 (68) - 1.1 Ti-VCT Zetec Euro 6 (s/s) 5dr

I recently enquired via email about part-exchanging my car for a Jaguar that they had in stock, I received an email back the same day, went and had a look at the car the following day and was met by Charlie who was extremely helpful and we came to an agreement and I put a deposit down. Had a phone call the same weekend to say my car was ready, headed over and was met with John who was a top bloke and extremely helpful in getting everything sorted, V5, Tax & Extended Warranty. So far so good, the car drives great and I would 100% recommend Brooke MOT Centre to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. Top class guys and will definitely be using them in the future! After choosing and arranging to pick the car up on two different dates we were told the car still wasn’t ready, and had to wait a further 2 weeks later, had to pick the car up from Norwich, we’re down on the coast in Sussex. Finally picked the car up, a Vauxhall the window had a problem and they said they had sorted the car, but the headlight was full of condensation and had just passed an mot, picked up the car as the said condensation would clear in a couple of weeks so trusted them, I called a couple days later to inform them that I had no spare wheel repair kit and a couple of weeks later with the headlight still full of condensation. Car was brought 19 April the repair on the window they said was ok still doesn’t shut properly and let’s water in when it rains heavy, I was told there would be a headlight sent down but this has never happened, I have given up calling as the don’t answer the phone. When you spend over 7 thousands may not be a lot to some people but it is to me.
