I bought a 2016 Caddy van from Chastons Motor Company a couple of weeks ago, which I plan to convert into a micro camper-van. The whole experience was absolutely flawless. Kevin and Craig were very friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions very promptly. When I went to see the vehicle, they weren’t at all pushy, and let me have plenty of time to look over the van. I used to sell cars myself for 8 years, and I worked in a car Bodyshop for 7 years as well, so it’s fair to say I know quite a bit about the motor trade! There are a lot of bad garages out there, but these guys are a breath of fresh air. By my own on admission, I am quite fussy when it comes to my vehicles, and if anyone was to be dissatisfied or complain it would be me! The van was very well presented and clean. It had only just arrived when I first enquired, after seeing it and paying a deposit, it still needed to go through the workshop for a service/ MOT, and a couple of minor routine serviceable items. Everything they promised to do was done very efficiently, and I collected the van just 3 days later. I would not hesitate to recommend this Garage, and I would certainly buy a car/ van from these guys again. This is a garage you can trust. Thank you Kevin and Craig.

Chastons is without doubt, the best motor company around. Can highly recommend! We bought the first car we looked at! 😊 Craig and the boys couldn't do enough for us. From viewing to completing took less than an hour. Excellent, friendly, not pushy customer service. Will never go anywhere else for a car again! Went here about 2 days ago to look at a car i seen online, and today I drove away in my new car. The gentleman were outstanding, very helpful and understanding. This company really do go above and beyond with there service. Would definitely recommend anyone to go here for a car and you will walk away happy! It was a pleasure the car is absolutely lovely. Very professional little team bought a golf TDI couple weeks back absolutely in love with it had a problem with a weird sound when reversing took it back and they sorted it out straight away no problems or fuss definitely would recommend

How to do a deal...........view the car, go through paperwork, agree a price, all within the hour, then have the car ready for collection, prepped and fresh MOT, before the end of the day. Craig was a top guy and kept to what he promised. Well done.
