Do not trust!!! I brought a car that I paid extra to have a cam belt drive belt and water pump changed but they never replaced coolant it failed the test and is a safety critical! Which is part of the service ment to be provided during water pump replacement. Complained about breaks was informed they were to compliance. They were dangerous and seized on 10 days after being told they’re fine. Safety critical! The Clutch replacement had to go back as was judering but then they left driveshaft seals leaking. Break fluid is safety critical because of its age failed the test! Informed aircon had been regased this was not the case not the end of the world but with a list of things that were meant to of been done and haven’t been ……. I was sold a very dangerous car whilst being reassured it was good.

Fantastic experience with Andy Hall Cars in Weston-super-Mare. Sam and the team provided excellent service from the start with my 2015 Mazda 3. They answered all my questions, ensured the car was thoroughly AA checked, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was right before purchase. Aftercare has been just as impressive — they sorted a couple of minor, non-warranty issues free of charge and even gave me a courtesy car while mine was being fixed. The staff have been there for years which says a lot and it shows in the quality of service. I’m really happy with the car and won’t go anywhere else in future. It’s the only dealership I’ll use as it’s very rare to find all-rounded quality service like this elsewhere. Highly recommended!

Great service above & beyond expectations, The car was serviced, MOT'd & ready to collect on time on the day promised. There was no pressure & I got a good PX price too. Sam was very polite & kept me informed all the way. I will return next year when my car needs another service.

Andy and the team have been an incredible help to us over the years. I bought my first car from them back in 2018 and now have upgraded to a family car that is in great condition. They are honest and prompt to resolve any issues and always provide great customer service. I recommend them often to friends and family

Booked a service 1-2 weeks in advance online. Had an email stating they were expecting me. Turned up and I wasn't on their systems. Booked a day off work for holiday and lifts to pick me up. Complete waste. Wasn't given a chance to rebook another date, wasn't offered anything to ease the situation Poor customer service
