I PHONED RUSHTON AUTO CARE ON 28/07/25 ABOUT A MERCEDES E320 CDi THAT I SAW ON AUTOTRADER, I SPOKE TO SAHILL ABOUT THE CAR, THE CAR LOOKED GOOD IN THE PICTURES THAT WERE ON AUTOTRADER. SAHILL TOLD ME THAT THE CAR WAS A CAR THAT A CUSTOMER TRADED IN AND THAT IT HAD A FEW MARKS AND DINGS ON IT, I ASKED SAHILL TO SEND ME A VIDEO OF THE CAR, HE GOT HIS MECHANIC TO TAKE A VIDEO AND HE POINTED OUT THE SCRAPES AND DINGS ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE CAR. AFTER LOOKING AT THE VIDEO I DECIDED THE CAR WASN'T FOR ME BUT I SENT SAHILL A MESSAGE THANKING HIM FOR HIS HONESTY ABOUT THE CAR, HONESTY IS SOMETHING YOU DON'T USUALLY GET FROM CAR DEALERS BUT SAHILL'S HONESTY SHOULD BE COMMENDED, I TOLD SAHILL WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR AND IF HE CAN FIND ME ANYTHING I WOULD BE HAPPY TO DO BUSINESS WITH HIM. Received fantastic service from Rash at Rishton Auto care from start to finish. When viewing the car I was left to have a look around on my own with no pressure. When I decided to purchase, Rash was aware that I already had finance in place for it but he said he thought he could get me a better deal (again, no pressure to discuss this any further). I decided to try and the new finance provider reduced my payments by \xa340 a month. Also, I needed it quickly and he managed to MOT and service it within a day from purchasing. 100% would do business again. Top man
