The sales staff were excellent and helpful. However, the EV I chose was not properly prepared for delivery. Cleaning was superficial. Areas under the bonnet, inside the charging cap were missed. Rubber mats were placed over the existing mats. Tire pressures were set for a conventional petrol car rather than an EV - probably unsafe at high speed. An electrical cover was missing (and still has not been replaced) under the bonnet. All in all unsatisfactory. Which is disappointing as the car itself is excellent.
I was happy with the service at Vertu Volvo Yeovil because the whole experience, from my first visit, viewing my intended purchase, taking a test drive and eventually taking possession of my Volvo XC40 was a total pleasure.
