My experience at Vertu Volvo Yeovil was cracking because although there was a couple of problems with my new car vertu went out of their way to put it right. I am very happy with the end result

The sales staff were excellent and helpful. However, the EV I chose was not properly prepared for delivery. Cleaning was superficial. Areas under the bonnet, inside the charging cap were missed. Rubber mats were placed over the existing mats. Tire pressures were set for a conventional petrol car rather than an EV - probably unsafe at high speed. An electrical cover was missing (and still has not been replaced) under the bonnet. All in all unsatisfactory. Which is disappointing as the car itself is excellent.
