I received excellent customer service from Dawn, Tracy & Shaye on 2 separate occasions. Dawn was brilliant with addressing an issue I had (a mistake by another garage). She’s super efficient, professional & fantastic at what she does! I can’t thank or praise her enough. I also had the pleasure of liaising with Tracy & Shaye during my time at the showroom and again they both went out of their way to assist me. They were friendly, kind, patient & extremely helpful. What an awesome team!!! :)

What was Terrible service, has now been transitioned to a more positive experience, I had called six times over 2 weeks and still not got through to the service department. The service department still not returned my call. This has now been made a lot easier. The car however isn’t so good on my third warranty replacement part!

I had been looking for a while when this ex demo car appeared. From my initial phone conversation with Sam to taking delivery of it was a very enjoyable experience. I was kept informed all the way through, I didnt feel any pressure selling as I have experienced in the past from other car dealers. The dealership helped with a loan car while mine was being prepared which made the process very easy. I would highly recommend the dealership and especially Sam. Love my new car and cant wait to get acquainted with it.

Although Ancaster's move from Catford was a shock, (we bought the car because we live in Beckenham, which was within comfortable walking distance), I was very well treated today by the service department at Perry Street. Tracy was charming and efficient throughout, as were the other staff I met. Lots of good feedback (including a video inspection). A pleasant, non-intimidating place to be.

Happy with most of the staff after having my Ioniq serviced/MOT'd at Ancaster Chislehurst. Unfortunately the Senior Aftersales Adviser I spoke to seemed very narky and defensive over the phone due to me simply requesting an itemised invoice (and not just the sum total) so I could check the fees were correct before paying the total bill. As it was, I was okay with the bill and happy to pay, but don't understand why such a drama had to tarnish what until then was a brilliant experience.

Honest, reliable, and genuinely helpful - a rare find these days. I can't rate these guys highly enough. Dawn and Michael looked after me from start to finish, keeping me in the loop the whole time. I brought my car in for servicing in June, and the experience was excellent. The team worked quickly and efficiently. I mentioned that the boot was closing quite roughly, and they replaced the boot struts and now it shuts smoothly. I also had a horrible noise when braking or starting from a stop, likely due to the automatic brakes. They resolved that issue too, though I'm not sure if it was part of the standard service. Either way, I'm just glad the noise is gone. Overall, very happy with the service!
