Stratstones have exceeded my expectations and then some from start to finish with everything I have required Destiny was absolutely amazing and communications were extremely excellent when required, everything is explained before hand and I couldn’t think of anywhere else I would prefer my car to be taken care of, I look forward to having my car looked after by Stratstones for its entire life.

Aftersales - I was on holiday in France, and having a nightmare with charging my I-Pace. I called and spoke to James Clough, General Sales Manager. James was absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond the call of duty. Interestingly, he was able to help me more than expected due to also having a Jaguar ev as a personal car, and it was based on his personal experience as a user/ driver that he was able to help me so much.

My buying experience was professionally handled. I had full confidence in Craig, the salesman. He went out if his way to ensure a smooth transfer of the vehicle. Even though I was late arriving, he happily stayed after hours to complete the sale.

Jaguar has sent an email requesting I post on Google, so here is a copy and paste from the survey they just asked me to complete: Some of your staff are helpful and knowledgeable but that's not our general experience. Often we know more about the car and it's known faults than your service staff do. I'm still waiting for a reply to an email and conversation from December with your service manager. When my husband went into the dealership in January to find out what the situation was he was unimpressed with the person who dealt with him, the service manager was busy and no attempt was made to find a time which would be convenient to everyone, and there was little helpfulness from the dealership even though we were in the situation through no fault of our own - you did not inform us the warranty was ending, we received no renewal notifications in any format, and consequently went out of warranty. We are car-illiterate and a car dealership dream but we we have limits as to how far we are prepared to be ripped off by a dealership. We wouldn't recommend Milton Keynes Stratstone Jaguar to anyone, and haven't. I dread if we would have to go into your dealership again. We can only assume you don't need our business. We told you what the problem was but your employee either didn't listen, didn't note it down correctly, or wasn't bothered. He then gave us less than 30 minutes to get back to the dealership in a taxi in peak rush hour and a storm to collect the vehicle. It felt as though he did it on purpose so we'd be inconvenienced and wouldn't get the vehicle back until the next day. This employee clearly has a problem with us and should never be put within a zillion miles of us, but you do, so we think your service is atrocious. If we go with Jaguar it will be a iPace MY24.5 on lease. We'd never, ever, buy from JLR ever again. Dealing with your customer service at HQ and dealing with your dealership is incredibly stressful and both have very poor customer service standards

Had a fantastic experience here acquiring my approved used 2021 Jaguar XF. The salesman made sure all the things I raised on my first inspection were addressed, and to a standard I was completely pleased with. Well done team!
