Bought a fiesta off them in April, same week I had a sensor issue and had to have to brought in which they fixed which was within my 3 month warranty. Since then there's just been problems. Battery warning issue which luckily turned out to be nothing. I've had to get my water pump replaced which meant also replacing cam belt and auxiliary belt as well as the coolant reservoir.

Brought a car a year ago and had no trouble with it. Today it passed its MOT with halfords with no advisories so very pleased!

I had Exclusive Car Sales recommended to me by a friend, and at first, the experience was great! After only 1 month or so, the lights cut out, and after taking it to Halfords, I was told that there was no protective panel to stop the rain, dirt, etc from the road touching the lights, hence why it cut out. I took the car back to Exclusive and they fixed the problem, as it was within my warranty. No other problems appeared until recently (May 2020), I discovered that the service history is missing, and upon having new tyres fitted (at a local, and much better garage), also found out that the tyres are the original ones from the year the car was made (2013), safe to say these were rotten, and had been for a while. I also had to purchase a new battery, realising that the battery was on its way out when I purchased back in November 2019. The stop/start function on my car was intermittent when I purchased it, and I thought this was by my own fault, but have realised it was the battery dying/not having the capabilities to use the function. I have shelled out over \xa3250 just a few months after purchasing from Exclusive Car Sales, when they should have known about the tyres, battery, etc, especially with them being a garage themselves! Very unhappy. Edit in August 2023: turns out the car they sold me was involved in a major accident, that was not disclosed to me, meaning the part-ex for my new car was a major hassle. AVOID

Recently, I purchased a car from Exclusive Car Sales of Ashford, and I want to state how pleased I was with the service, the overall attention to detail during the purchase process, and the part-exchange deal that was struck on my old car. The staff there were honest about the previous state of the Category D car and offered a good P/X price for mine. I would have no qualms at all about purchasing again from this garage, and would strongly recommend it to friends.

Always a friendly atmosphere. Really good value for money. When I had a problem with my car which I couldn't drive came out within the hour to take to garage. I couldn't recommend enough. If I need something done seem to always manage to fit me in. Did it last year. They knew I was going away and amazingly did my car first. Very Very highly recommended.

Whilst on holiday, I had a problem with the brakes on my car. I emailed TCT on the Sunday of the bank holiday weekend and received a reply the same day. I replied to this and received a reply on Bank Holiday Monday - very impressive. They booked the car in immediately after the bank holiday and had the work completed by midday including a full check of the whole brake system to give me peace of mind. All done at a reasonable cost and they kept me informed of progress the whole time. Exemplary service and highly recommended.

Shouldnt even get a one star. I wouldnt go near this garage with a 20ft barge pole. How come theyve not been investigated and shut down. Aren't they putting lives at risk. We nievely bought a car from Exclusive Within three months of purchase. The sway bar had to be changed. It was worn and very dangerous This was within the three months warranty. We took the car back. Exclusive did not honour the warranty. Suprise suprise. This car should never have passed the MOT. I think the father of the owner does the Mots there ?? . Makes you wonder?? Since then we have not stopped having problems with the car. Gutted we have no money to replace and a big family. These guys need investigating. Its putting lives in danger.

Bought a DS3 in January,clutch slipping so called them up and without any hesitation Gary said leave it with us for a couple of days and we'll sort it. True to his word dropped the car off Wednesday night, phone call Thursday afternoon car sorted all under warranty no cost to me. Would highly recommend them. Nice one Gary
