Amie was absolutely brilliant! We had a really good experience coming in to have a look at a Focus Estate, to view the size etc, and ended up coming out with one! Amie was very informative, took the time to explain everything to us. Amie made the process of buying our first new car easy, enjoyable and exciting. I would recommend coming to the Plymouth branch to buy a Ford.

Natalie was fantastic and so thorough throughout the whole process! Everything was explained in detail and any questions were always answered. On the day we collected the car we had a handover to go through all the functions - something we didnt have on the previous 2 cars at a different dealer. Natalie is an absolute asset to Vospers and we even drove from Swansea to Plymouth to get a car as we were so impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. Keep up the good work!
