Mark was easy to deal with, quick to respond and honest from start to finish. there is no pushy sales techniques and a refreshingly simple purchasing process. Mark accommodated my awkward schedule and the vehicle was exactly as described, warts and all. He even sent me extra service paperwork for my vehicle that he found weeks after my purchase... a great technique to get a 5 star review ;)

Thanks to Mark for his assistance and patience when making a long distance purchase of one of his Landrover vehicles. Living in Cornwall meant I could not pop over to see the car and speak with Mark face to face, but he offered to send me detailed information about the vehicle including a video of him starting the car from cold and idling in on his forecourt. He was able to detail the extensive work he had undertaken to recommission the vehicle including photos of all new parts he had invested in to improve the performance and reliability of the engine including a new fuel tank pump and set of plugs and distributor cap. Mark was always prompt when replying to my email requests for information or picking up the phone and was an honest chap to deal with who always did what he promised. I would not hesitate to recommend his service to others looking for a used landrover

Bought a car from Mark in November 2023 - vehicle has not had one issue and he was a pleasure to deal with. Fast forward to June 2025 and we accidentally sent some money by bank transfer to Mark instead of our builder! Panic ensued but a couple of phone calls and texts and the money was back with us. Can’t fault that - an honest man 🙏🏻

Unfortunately the "manager" is very unprofessional. After they pulled out of the garage Infront of traffic in one of their cars they have for sale without indicating, also no trade plates, then stops in the middle of the road stoping traffic the start to reverse slowly and sticking his middle finger up at all the cars he's forced to stop. How about being professional instead ! If this person reposents the company I'd stay away from all of there over priced cars as well

So not only does Mark have good quality cars, not only is he a charming man [from my wife!], he is very unpushy salesman, he comes across very honest and trustworthy. However what takes the biscuit is that the Range Rover I bought from him had a couple of issues which neither he nor I were expecting and he has sorted these out without pausing for a breath - at some significant cost to him. So I cannot do anything but highly recommend him and BVAutos.
