My experience at Sherwoods Peugeot Durham was positive because whole viewing and purchase experience was very professional with no pressure put on by staff and friendly informed staff able to answer all questions. Was able to test drive car without pressure from staff with solo test drive. Good discussion with finance of car and part exchange offer. Listened to request for polishing and touch up and mats to be fitted. On pick up car was prepared and presented in extremely good condition and explanation of workings in the car was very thorough. Appreciated half tank of petrol In car so could drive home safely without having to Stop to fill up. Courtesy call /email done to check everything in order. I change my car about every 18 months since the mid 1980,s and this car buying experience was superb due to the salesman Josh Powell and James the manager so much so I’m more than happy to travel over 100 miles to Durham for my mot and service when it is due as well as buying my next car from them.
My experience at Sherwoods Peugeot Durham could have been better because it took a while for them to get the ball rolling with my new car, upon arrival they hadn’t even included car mats and the whole process was stressful. They did however deliver my car out of hours free of charge which was very kind and considerate however they lied about things throughout the process and I wouldn’t use them again and would also recommend anyone who asked me to avoid them due to this service.
Sherwoods Peugeot Durham were helpful because the 1-2-1 service was excellent and their responses were prompt, helpful and informative. They made sure that the used car was fit for purpose, and also checked parts of the car that we wanted checking to make sure that they were in working order. After sales service was also good.
