Just wanted to say a big thank you to Joe and all the staff .. they went above and beyond today when I picked up my bmw 7 series.. the car was immaculate and extremely well prepared. I would highly recommended them to anyone looking for a used car !!!!!

A company not to trust. I bought a 1yr old Porsche 911 Targa 4S with less than 1500 miles on the clock. i relied on their pre-delivery inspection report. I should have got an independent one, but due to the age of the car I didn't. There were two buckled wheels. Filler has been used to make them look straight and then painted over. I missed it completely in the showroom. The car drove straight despite the bent steering rack. This only came to light at 2900 miles on its first service 12 months later. Acklam sold the car when not roadworthy and due to the period of time that had passed deny all responsibility.

A great experience all round, from watching the excellent youtube video of the car, the communication from all team members involved, price negotiation, payment and prompt delivery of the vehicle. I highly recommend Acklam cars. A breath of fresh air.
