Liars. I bought a car from them and it had many hidden defects. I advise you to avoid this dealer if you don't want to have stress and expenses.

Bought Ford Ranger a couple of weeks ago. Sunny was professional, great customers service and honest about the paperwork. We picked the Ford the next day it had been valeted. Sunny promised to send the rear light cluster. We received the item as promised.We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Car Switch service. Sunny was patient, never once made us feel pressured. Bought a renault scenic from here 2 years ago and it's been an amazing car I've had no problems what so ever passed both mots first time the car was really clean inside and out. I found the car through match me car finance and they were taking the mick releasing funds ect but the owner helped me deal with them and was so helpful I would highly recommend

Always feel very unwelcome here, not friendly at all and doesn't seem interested at all. Whenever you ask something it's one word replies or they don't know. Very bad atmosphere. Most of the cars they have are generally bad condition, rattling or are very badly looked after. I won't bother even going here again terrible place terrible customer service

Bought a car from here in April 2023 New 12 month MOT. Took it to a garage to be checked over as I always do as you can't trust some garages. Needed new brake pads and calipers! 2 weeks later blue smoke coming from exhaust had it in the garage again and had the PCV value changed. Wasn't that blue smoke burning oil again. Took it to another garage the turbo was knackered. Warranty paid out for turbo but I've had to pay labour charges of \xa3300. Only had the car 4 months and its cost me \xa3370. The guy wasn't interested just use your warranty. AVOID this place if I was you.
