I've been around the block and owned dozens of cars so far. This dealership is genuinely up there in terms of customer service and vehicle prep. James, the owner, couldn't have been more helpful even when I was getting mucked about with my own car sale. I traveled across the country to get my M135i and it was, and still, absolutely perfect. Can't thank you guys enough for being so decent and having the car prepped to such a high standard. A great bunch of guys here, I'd 100% recommend to anyone thinking of buying from them.

Hands down the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Completely untrustworthy and unprofessional. The owner is arrogant, dismissive, and utterly useless when things go wrong. Never again — I’ll be taking my money literally anywhere else.

I recently picked up my car from Your Car Group, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. A big thank you to James and his team for their professionalism and excellent customer care. I had a small issue with my brakes, and they went above and beyond to replace the discs and pads with brand new parts. The car now drives perfectly, and the whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend Your Car Group for their outstanding service and attention to detail! They come across as honest, reliable people who take real pride in their work and represent their garage exceptionally well.

300 miles . After a bit of back of forth the dealer agreed to take the car back minus my 2k deposit plus 1400 I spent on it . The dealer then decided to put the car up forsale back up at 13k not joking .after month or so the car sold ..fast forward 3 months the car was rejected by the new owner and guess what ? Yeh it's back up forsale seeing the car back up forsale sicken me as some other poor soul will have to go through all this heartache. Totally dishonest greedy heartless people to deal with ive not fully recovered financially yet from that hit \xa33400 down . Totally recommend keeping away from this garage dishonest

If there was an option to give less than 1 star, I would have. But have no choice so they will have more than they deserve…. I recently sold my car through Motorway to this company, providing all required photographs in advance, including detailed close-ups of the wheels and bodywork. Upon arrival, their representatives openly joked to my partner about having just reduced another customer’s agreed price by \xa33,000. They then attempted the same with my vehicle, citing supposed issues that were already clearly visible in the photos provided. For instance, they claimed the front splitter required replacement, yet I have since seen the car advertised with the same splitter still in place. They attempted to reduce the agreed price by \xa31,612. I declined, but shortly after leaving they texted me with a slightly improved offer — still significantly below the agreed amount. This approach gave the impression of a deliberate tactic designed to pressure me into accepting a lower price, knowing that I was due to collect a replacement vehicle the following day. In my view, this conduct directly contradicts Motorway’s published policies, including: • “Will the dealer try to change the sale price on the day?” – which clearly states: “If the details you’ve given are accurate, our trusted dealers are not permitted to renegotiate when they arrive” (Motorway Help Centre). • “How and when will I be paid for my vehicle?” – which confirms that the seller should be paid the agreed offer and that any reduction is only valid if there are material differences not disclosed by the seller (Motorway Help Centre). • Motorway’s Dealer Terms, which state that once a bid has been accepted, the purchase price shall be the same as the winning bid unless there is a legitimate, undisclosed discrepancy (Motorway Dealer Terms). As all relevant details and photographs had been supplied in advance, the attempted reduction appears to be in clear breach of these terms. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company when selling your car.
