My experience at Waylands Reading could have been better because the communication during the final stages of the purchase process, specifically in relation to correspondence received from Sales Executive Olivia Spooner. The tone and style of certain communications following full payment were unexpected and caused unnecessary concern, particularly given the value of the transaction and the fact that a number of agreed items remained outstanding at the time. I believe it is appropriate to raise this formally, as clear, professional, and reassuring communication is especially important once payment has been completed.
