The experience at Vertu Toyota Leicester was good because we had just gone to do a test drive on that particular day, but due to some circumstances we ended up buying the car. They made sure the car was ready in 2 hours for us to drive home. Joe made sure everything was right and explained everything. Also the manager came over and said if any issues we were just to call and it would be sorted. Assurance was given at all times. Would recommend Toyota vertu leicester to anyone. Very good team, receptionist was very welcoming.
Vertu Toyota Leicester were great because the service was very professional and customer care was o. Point. As a customer should be handled. Video of the car and what needed to be done to the car was spot on. The work being carried out and presented was beautiful. So thank you Vertu
