Sales team were great support when I was making the decision on buying the car, however, once the sale had gone through, I found some small issues with the car and it has been pretty much impossible to get in touch with someone to sort it out - calls not answered, emails not answered for days, lack of urgency to resolve the issues. Its like they dont care once the sale is done. Such as shame that the sale has ended this was as I was impressed with them to begin with
My experience at Vertu Renault Exeter was positive because of the attention given to me by Sales Advisor Jacob Jarvis-Cooke. He went above and beyond to help me, driving the car for a test drive for me and finally delivering the vehicle to my address. He explained everything about the car to me and offered future assistance if necessary. Overall a very positive experience and I am very grateful for all his help.
