My experience at Vertu Renault Exeter could have been better because after paying for my car in full by my partner while I was on holiday, and you were aware of this, they telephoned me several times saying it was not paid for and I would be unable to pick the car up when I was meant to. After several calls and messages your sells person sorted it out. Then the day before I was due to pick my car. I get a phone call at 4 pm saying that they need me to send over photo id. I was unable to do this, so I told them I would have to bring my passport in with me when I pick the car up. They told me the admin would not be there for me to.do.this. But after me getting a little cross he sorted it out . The admin was there when I picked my car up.
