I was happy with the service at Vertu Hyundai Peterlee because they listened to what I was looking for, provided me with all necessary information during the purchase of my new car also giving me a good part exchange on my old car. All staff were excellent. First rate experience.
Delighted with the service at Vertu Peterlee. We drove to the dealership, spoke to Ed regarding a new vehicle as my previous car (Kia Sportage) had recently been written off during a recent storm. We discussed different options and finally decided on an Hyundai Tucson and had a test drive the same day. He was very patient, took us through all the controls and when we got back to the office explained the process for the purchase. Again there was no high pressure sales. We placed a reservation fee on the car but had to wait just over a week until the insurance payment came through. Would definitely recommend not only the dealership but also Ed for their service, commitment and customer satisfaction. Five stars
