My experience at Vertu Hyundai Peterlee was cracking because the staff Tony Allen was fab no pressure everythingexpained clear no rush ,along with jordan and lady in finance 5 stars to all with the information provided, no pressure, friendly staff honestly could not have done more if they tried.. thanks again Tony love tge car
Dan was great from start to finish. Listened to what I was looking for, gave me the experience of the drive to confirm it was the right model for me and then endeavoured to find me the exact car that I wanted. Smooth service from start to finish with nothing hidden and reasonably priced optional extras.
Delighted with the service at Vertu Peterlee. We phoned on the Saturday to reserve the Sportage and had a test drive on the Monday. Edwin (or Ed) met us at the dealership, showed us the car and took us out with the car. He was very patient, took us through all the controls and when we got back to the office explained the process for the purchase. Again there was no high pressure sales. He assisted by going online to remove my private number plate from my Audi and again was very patient while I made arrangements to sell my own car after I had paid for the Sportage. Would definitely recommend not only the dealership but also Ed for their service, commitment and customer satisfaction.
