The experience at Vertu Ford Newcastle was great because they helped me choose the right car or me, at a certain cost that we had a thorough discussion about, & which I fully understood. Lee took time to explain the car, the fiancé, & next steps. I genuinely felt valued, with no sales pressure on whatsoever. It was all at my pace.
My experience was long but managed incredibly well. I bought in August 2025 however had issues with the vehicle and this continued over months. My work schedules and courtesy car availability prolonged the eventual rectification. To assist me Vertu added a free one year warranty. Sadly in April 2026 another separate issue with the vehicle materialised. This was a common issue with the model. I decided i wanted to change the vehicle. Cars are machines and things can go wrong.Vertu were incredibly supportive from my initial enquiry in August by Natalie followed by the involvement of Jonathan and manager Chris. They helped me source a suitable replacement and even had the vehicle transported from the Midlands. The settlement was incredibly favourable for me and they even, once again added a complimentary full years warrenty. This has culminated in me receiving my new vehicle with Natalie once again sorting test drive culminating in Adil assisting me in the exchange. I must also applaud the front desk reception for their diligence and atrention. Overall, a difficult start, however great customer service and genuine personal atrention has left me delighted.
