"I'm delighted with the service I received from Cyril, the van sales representative. He was exceptionally honest and knowledgeable, guiding me through the process with true professionalism. I especially appreciate his help in finding the ideal van for my needs and how he answered all my questions completely." Satheesh & Rasa
Please do not buy a van from here I did I was sold a van with multiple issue. The van I had bought had been accident repaired ( badly). And resprayed with the wrong colour match.. The side door had Been broken into and also been repaired very badly which I have had to sort out after the purchase. The worst thing of all was the fact the van had a a clogged up Ddf and adblue system which needed total replacement at significant cost to me worst of all they get you to sign an waiver highlighting the issue with DPFs effectively passing on a faulty vehicle to you. I would definitely not recommend this company as they are inherently dishonest and untrustworthy. Buy elsewhere. In short very un British behaviour… I could use other language..
**Warning to Potential Customers: Beware of Van Monster** I recently purchased a van from Van Monster for \xa316000 (including VAT), and unfortunately, it has been nothing but trouble since day one. Despite my suspicions of a bearing noise from the outset, I couldn't provide concrete evidence. Soon after, I had to shell out \xa33000 for clutch and injector replacements, and now, to top it off, the turbo has gone kaput. This experience has left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. It's clear that the van sold to me was not in the condition I expected, and the subsequent repair costs have been substantial. If you're considering purchasing from Van Monster, I urge you to proceed with caution. My experience serves as a cautionary tale, and I wouldn't wish this headache upon anyone else. Ged King
The sales team were great. Sadly the vehicle was not, and the aftercare was poor at best. Day 3 of owning van I was locked out of it, had to be recovered by a local firm. Engine light came on. Local garage did diagnostics and found a catalogue of things wrong with the van. Van went back to VM. The customer service team were shocking!! Van was with them 5weeks. Had van back 3 1/2 months for it to completely shut down? Couldn’t move it, lock it or use it? Again customer service at VM was very poor. Eventually they collected it and did diagnostics, told me my warranty that they provided didn’t cover me??? The customer service lady was quite bullish in her approach and out right lied about my warranty and what they could do vs what was actually their legal requirement under the consumer act? I had to pay to remove van and take to Mercedes. VM literally did not want to know??? Mercedes had the van a further 121 days. I would not use this company or recommend buying from here!! I bought a newer van thinking it would save me money and would last me? Quite the opposite happened… it’s already cost me thousands \xa3\xa3\xa3 within the first 6months of owning it. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
