Recommended to me by a friend who purchased a car from them last year. Great communication on WhatsApp with answers to all questions, Once on the forecourt they allow you to walk around and look at everything without following you around or hassling you, which was perfect for me as a single woman. The whole purchase was easy, straight forward and quick - It actually took longer to sort my insurance out !!! \U0001f31f\U0001f31f\U0001f31f\U0001f31f\U0001f31f Highly recommend
Had a really disappointing experience with this company. Things seem to be quite unorganized, they use a third party for MOTS and then another third party for MOT repairs. Very unorganised and drops the work on the garages which causes delaying getting the vehicle. Never offered extended warranty or told it was only 30 days. Issues on vehicle since purchasing but no help from them. I'm really disappointed with the whole process with UK Car Sales and just wish communication and their customer service was improved. Don't WhatsApp them.... no point as the sales man not the owner doesn't have a clue. Highly disappointed - bought a nice land rover freelancer off them but its costing me money to repair the issues that they've refused to fix
NEVER BUY A CAR FROM HERE WE HAVE A FIESTA AND HAS HAD PROBLEM AFTER PROBLEM The gears don't always work, the boot was leaking and then the car has a knocking noise and they told us it was our fault which is unbelievable when we have had the car 3 months. You should not have these problems with a car straight after purchasing they don\u2019t even do a proper service which all car companies are supposed to provide yet you would expect the car to be non problematic for a new car the car is a 2017 plate with only 53,000 miles. Thanks for making the car cost us loads of money guys
