Excellent service from Jon Snell at Trust Ford, who made the whole experience of buying a used van a real pleasure. Such professionalism from first showing me all the vans on offer to explaining about each one and costs involved through to the video before collecting my van, showing me around the vehicle before I picked it up. I would definitely recommend Trust Ford to everyone and in particular Jon, all the staff present were also very helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you for such a great experience!
In buying my car, the sales person was most helpful in my decision as to what car I should purchase. She (Nicola Marshall) was most knowledgeable, informative and friendly in guiding me to my ultimate decision. All my questions/queries were answered in a professional and no-nonsense manner.
Hi. I received a first class service from start to finish whilst buying my ford puma from the Carlisle dealership. Laura Bowman was polite , knowledgeable ,and it was a pleasure dealing with her. Nothing was a problem even though I'm a fussy customer which I might add Laura ' handled ' exceptionally well.!! So 2 weeks in now and really happy with my car. Even the after sales experience has been fantastic from all the team. Laura, Simon, colin , in parts , Aiden who put my number plates on up to the manager Naz have all been great which makes the buying experience so much better. I'm confident going forward that my ownership of my new ford puma will be managed by the team and should any problems arise , which can happen they will be there to help and advise eith anything and everything.
