Last week I bought my Ford Puma and Iβm absolutely delighted with both the car and the service I received from Scott at Jowett Castleford. Iβm normally very hesitant when dealing with salespeople, but Scott made me feel completely at ease. He was friendly, professional, and never pushy or focused on hard-selling, which I really appreciated. Before visiting Ford, I had been to a Kia dealership where I felt the sales approach was much more pushy, and it was a real turn-off. My experience with Scott was the complete opposite, making the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. Thank you, Scott, for the excellent customer service. I would highly recommend both Scott and Jowett Castleford to anyone looking for a new car.
After a recent car accident, I was overwhelmed with stress, uncertainty, and the usual headaches around repairs, insurance, and delays. In the middle of all that, Jess Anderson at TrustFord Edgware became my anchor reassuring, proactive, and genuinely caring. From day one, Jess treated me as a person, not a case number. Her warmth and kindness come naturally and showed in every call and email. She listened, understood my concerns, and checked in regularly not because she had to, but because she cared about how I was coping as well as how the repair was progressing. Jessβs patience is remarkable. No matter how many questions I asked, she responded with clarity, professionalism, and empathy never rushed, never frustrated. She was open and transparent throughout, set realistic expectations, and never overpromised. What truly set her apart was her determination to solve problems. Iβd been told a crucial part could take up to two months, but Jess worked tirelessly behind the scenes and secured it in days. That wasnβt required it was a choice she made because she wanted the best outcome for her customer. βGoing above and beyondβ absolutely applies here. Jess consistently exceeded expectations nothing was too much trouble, no concern too small. Her compassion turned a difficult experience into one that restored my faith in customer service. Jess is a true ambassador for Ford and a credit to TrustFord Edgware. Skills and systems can be taught, but her empathy, integrity, patience, and kindness are rare. Long after the repair, what Iβll remember most is Jessβs support and humanity Iβll never forget it and just wish I had a friend like jess, I would be a very happy man. I hope TrustFord and Ford recognise her with the highest level of acknowledgement commendation, award, promotion because she embodies customer care and loyalty at their best. Thank you, Jess. Wilmslow Chris Damien professional friendly knowledgeable helpful. These guys and this garage exceptional lovely personalities no pushy salesmen just kind thoughtful and very good cars. Nothing is too much trouble and you should definately consider buying from them. Their cars are in great condition and itβs just fantastic buying a car from them. Outstanding. Do look at this garage and buy a car from them. Iβve bought 2 n wasnβt rushed in anyway my sons first car fantastic. Go to trust ford Wilmslow .
I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Trust Ford. It has now been over two months since my vehicle should have arrived, and I am still waiting for my car to be delivered. While I understand that supply chains and logistics can occasionally face delays, the complete lack of proactive communication has made this experience incredibly frustrating. I have had to constantly chase the car lease company for updates, only to be met with vague answers and shifting timelines relayed to them from TrustFord. When you are spending a significant amount of money on a vehicle, you expect a basic level of customer care and transparency. Two months of waiting with lapsed delivery dates is simply not acceptable. I hope someone from management sees this and finally provides a quick solution to the latest update of your vehicle canβt be charged so isnβt able to be delivered as planned!
Lack of transparency throughout the whole process was very stressful and has left me feeling anxious. No reciept for several days despite having paid for the car in full, a 2 year warranty, delivery and tax. No paperwork to back up claims of the major work that has been done on the vehicle. No pre-delivery inspection report. Delivery after 10 days nearly going to the wrong address as driver not given the updated one. Fresh straches and scuffs on the car seen and photographed by myself and the driver. The used car sales manager is disputing they are new ones. Frustration in not being able to speak to someone as you cannot get through to the sales are on the telephone. I have only had 2 conversations on the phone throughout the whole process and the phone has gone dead on me twice. I have been left ignored as my last email stating not all my issues have been addressed has not had a reply yet. πͺ
