When is was purchased my ford custom van i was told that they could not find the spare key at the time because it was locked in a other person desk that was off on that day so they would call me to collect. When I emailed them they turned round and said that the manager has said it doesn't have a spare key with it ???? Not happy about this .
From seeing the car at an agricultural show, to test driving and then to purchasing the car, I worked with a sales team that were honest, knowledgeable, and did not put me under undue pressure to buy. I was offered a car in stock and the process was very quick end easy, and I feel I got a good deal.
