I wanted to leave a review to say how grateful I am for all the help and support I’ve had from Adam Ruddick at TrustFord Carlisle. From the start, he has been patient, understanding, and genuinely kind. He’s worked hard to get me a great deal and has made the whole process so much easier than I expected. When he first picked up my file, I’m sure he had no idea he’d also be taking on my emotional side—but he handled it all with kindness, patience, and understanding, and I’m so grateful for that. Changing my car has been more emotional than I expected, and his support has meant more than he probably realises. Thank you for all your help, for putting up with me, and for making what could have been a difficult experience feel so much easier. You’re a real credit to TrustFord.
prior to purchae, i raised the condition of the tyres, ie 4 different make of tyre, and 2 of them had visual cracking. i was told the cracking was due to car being left in sun,for long periods, and that they had all been inspected and were legal as tread depth etc and perfectly safe to use. after purchase, my two sons raised concerns, with the tyres, as i carry grand children often. took car to two MOT stations and both said although legal, they were surprised A FORD MAIN DEALER ,would allow a car to be sold in this condition.I now intend to get RAC involved.
